I’m Tara Tucker, better known as Coach Tara, Your Favorite Shift Your Story™ Coach.
I’m a Certified Life Coach, Certified Solution-Focused Coach, and Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach. I also hold a certification in Behavioral Science and associate degrees in Pre-Psychology and Arts. With more than a decade of experience in coaching, consulting, mentoring, and personal development, I bring both professional knowledge and practical experience to the work I do.
My approach has also been shaped by life itself. I’ve navigated unexpected transitions, serious health challenges, and seasons that required me to reconsider what I believed, how I responded, and what I needed to do differently. Those experiences strengthened my understanding of how our past can influence our present decisions and why meaningful progress requires both self-awareness and intentional action.
When we work together, you can expect honest conversations, thoughtful questions, and practical guidance. I listen carefully, help you recognize patterns that may be influencing your decisions, and challenge you to consider what needs to change. Whether we’re addressing a personal concern or developing a business strategy, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.
